RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to return your order, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of your purchase price within 45 days of placing your order.
If you would like to return your item (in the original packaging), please send us an email to email@example.com with your full name, order number, original method of payment, as well as a picture of your item that you intend on returning. After we receive your request, we will inform you of the steps to finalize your return/exchange! Returns must be unused or in like-new condition with no scratches, dents, or damage, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Used wallets are defined by any item that is used beyond a test period of around twenty five ejections, or has any of the visible signs of damage listed above. *Any returned items received by CODE 118 without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can assist fully. Returns do not cover original shipping costs.
Returns are free for all US customers on orders over $100. All return costs from countries situated outside the US are not covered by our policy, and will be the customer’s responsibility. The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds. Returns can not be made and all sales are final on replacement products, free gifts, or products bought from a third party (ie: Amazon).
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 3 business days.
