RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 45 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
If you would like to return your new, unused item (in the original packaging), please send us an email to email@example.com with your full name, order number, original method of payment, as well as a picture and video of your unused item that you intend on returning. After we receive your request, we will inform you of the steps to finalize your return/exchange. *Any returned items received by CODE 118 without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can assist fully.
What items cannot be returned?
- A replacement product
- Free gifts
- Products bought from a third party (e.g. IndieGoGo, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.)*
- Products paid with via bitcoin or any cryptocurrency.
- Any orders below $50 (not including shipping fees)
- Any product under the value of $30
- Individual items from any gift bundle
Are there any charges on returns?
Returns are free for all US customers on orders over $100. All return costs from countries situated outside the US are not covered by our policy, and will be the customer’s responsibility. The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
